Cancellation Policy

Our customers' comfort is our top priority and we do everything we can to ensure that we provide you with the best services. Our salon is a private salon, your appointments are very important to us, reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment

Cancellations will be accepted until 24 hours before the appointment. If you need to cancel after that, full service charge which you selected at your appointment will be applied. LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

Notification of changes in Booking Method from October 2020

Our salon is the private salon, provide one on one services. We will not be able to respond you immediately via phone, text or email during nail services. Daily life has come to a sudden standstill and businesses have had to respond during COVID-19 pandemic, we will as you for your credit card when you book via online in order to build a relationship of trust with our customer. We will continue to take your request via text/email with your credit card information. Please note that we will not be able to make your reservation without your credit card information

 

Our cancellation policy 24 hours in advance will continue, but due to various of COVID-19 circumstances, we may not be charged a cancellation fee depending on the contents of the cancellation. We’d like to ask for your understanding in respect of each other’s health and trust
